My ability to guide, support, and advise is based on years of experience working in the sector. As an independent contractor I've also had the experience of running my own small business since 1984.

Is coaching expensive? Not if you think in terms of the value it can add to life and work...
The benefits can be measured in a number of ways - financial gain, enhanced quality of life, and clarity of thinking.
The 'financial gain' equation is easy - I've recently supported a number of clients with tricky negotiations - the outcome of which has been that they have got a better price for their work, or negotiated better deals with suppliers, or have increased turnover overall. About 95% of the business clients I worked with over that last three years have increased their turnover by at least 10% - often much more (one by a whacking 240%).
The 'quality of life' gain is less easily defined - but if you can imagine the value of a new life plan, or help in negotiating around costly obstacles, replacing old ways of thinking, or in setting much more rewarding lifetime goals - then that can be a pretty compelling way of thinking about the value of it.
